Edward R. Hatfield

Ted Hatfield co-founded Solebury Capital in 2005 and has jointly led the firm to become the country’s most influential equity capital markets advisory boutique. Ted has nearly 30 years of capital markets experience on Wall Street, including a background in fixed income trading, equity underwriting and ECM advisory. Ted has been responsible for the pricing of more than 750 IPOs, marketed follow-ons and block trades in every sector of the economy.
Prior to forming Solebury, Ted spent 20 years at Credit Suisse, serving as Head of U.S. Equity Syndicate Department – Americas. For approximately 10 years, Ted was responsible for overseeing the marketing, pricing, allocation and trading of all Credit Suisse’s equity and equity-linked transactions listed in North America as well as all US-listed transactions marketed abroad. Ted was a member of the organization’s U.S. Equity Management Committee, Global ECM Management Committee, Equity Valuation Committee, Global Research Reform Project Board, IPO Practices Committee and Co-Chairman of the IPO Allocation Review Committee.
Ted received a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University and lives in Summit, NJ with his wife and four children.
Victor Cohn

Solebury Capital
Victor has 40 years of financial industry experience. He oversees all administrative and legal matters of Solebury Capital and Solebury Strategic Communications, and provides guidance and judgment on the daily business operations of each group.
Victor began his Wall Street career at Salomon Brothers where he was Global Head of Equity Capital Markets. He also served as a member of the four-person Equity Operating Committee, responsible for running Salomon’s global equity business. After Salomon brothers, Victor joined UBS as Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of North America Capital Markets. He was a member of the Regional Management Committee with responsibility for all U.S. capital markets products. Following UBS, Victor served as Global Head of Equity Capital Markets at Bear Stearns where he was a member of the firm’s Commitment Committee and President’s Council.
Previously, Victor was a member of the Board of Directors at Verity, Inc., chairing both the Audit and Governance committees. Victor was also a member of the Board of Directors at Peregrine Systems, serving as Chairman of the Governance Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Special Committee formed to handle the sale of Peregrine. He is a former director of Printcafe Software, Inc., where he also sat on its Audit and Compensation committees as well as the Special Committee of Independent Directors at the time of the company sale. Victor was a director at Dwango Wireless and served as non-executive Chairman.
Victor graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Finance and currently lives in Pound Ridge, NY.
David Earling
Co-President

David joined Solebury Capital in 2007 after a 16 year career at Goldman Sachs in the Equity Capital Markets Group. Over the course of his career, he has led more than 500 equity IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, and private placements – in the U.S. market as well as globally, particularly in Latin America.
At Goldman Sachs, David was a deal captain in multiple sectors, a lead financial services banker, and a leader in the structuring and execution of landmark transactions such as the MetLife, Prudential, CIT, Intercontinental Exchange, Principal, Stancorp and Anthem IPOs. He also led the U.S. execution of a number of non-financial IPOs including Monsanto, Canadian National Railway and China Telecom and was responsible for the block trades business within equity capital markets.
Earlier in his career, David was a consultant at Los Alamos National Laboratory and a staff member for New Jersey Governors Tom Kean and Jon Corzine. David graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dickinson College with a B.A. in Economics and received a M.A. in International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University. He also received a certificate in European Studies from The Johns Hopkins Bologna (Italy) Center. He is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in the NJ foster care system and lives with his wife, Maria, and two children in Titusville, NJ.
Jeff Grossman

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in investor relations and equity capital markets to his role as CEO of Solebury Strategic Communications. He leads a team that has delivered strategic investor relations advice and counsel to hundreds of companies across numerous sectors, market caps, and stages in the corporate lifecycle.

Previously, Jeff was a member of Citi’s Equity Capital Markets team, originating and executing equity capital raises in the industrial and financial sectors. Prior to Citi, Jeff co-founded Ilios Partners LLC, an investor relations and capital markets consulting firm where he led the investment banking services division. He began his career at The Carson Group, in the investor relations consulting field.
Jeff earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and his B.A. in Economics from Tufts University. Jeff is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and also holds Series 7, 79 and 63 securities licenses.
He lives in Westchester County, NY with his wife and two children.
Gina Im
Chief Administration Officer

Gina joined Solebury Capital in 2005 and oversees all areas of administration for the firm and its affiliates. Her multifunctional responsibilities include business administration, financial operations, business risk and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Gina was with Acorda Therapeutics, a biotechnology company engaged in the development of drugs that restore neurological function for people with spinal cord injury and other central nervous system disorders. She was responsible for overseeing the direct activities of clinical research organizations (CROs) and vendors for data management, safety reporting, central labs, drug distribution, and statistical analysis of Phase II and Phase III clinical trials. She was also involved in the preparation of Annual Study Reports, Final Study Reports, and NDA submission to the Food and Drug Administration.
Gina earned her B.A. in Pharmacy and Pharm.D. from Rutgers University’s College of Pharmacy.
Sloan Bohlen

Sloan joined Solebury Strategic Communications as a Director in February of 2016, after more than 12 years of experience in both buy-side and sell-side research and investment banking. Recent client assignments include:
Sloan recently worked as an analyst at Balyasny Asset Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund with over $12 billion in assets under management. He was responsible for equity recommendations across the Financials sector in the US, Canada and Latin America. Areas of coverage included real estate, specialty finance, banks, asset managers, credit cards, financial services and financial technology.
Previously Sloan was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in sell-side equity research. He covered both the REIT and specialty finance sectors for more than seven years. In that time, he authored industry and company specific research reports, created proprietary financial and valuation models and marketed his recommendations to both long-only and long-short investors.
In REITs, Sloan has covered every major property type, as well as mortgage REITs and real estate brokers. In 2011, Sloan was ranked the #2 Real Estate analyst in the Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street.”
Sloan began his career as an investment banking analyst at Sandler O’Neill & Partners focusing on regional banks.
Sloan earned a B.S. in both Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University.
Kevin Doherty
Managing Director
Kevin leads Solebury Strategic Communications’ Industrials practice. In his role, Kevin has developed impactful messaging and investor communications strategies for more than 200 earnings calls, and designed and executed IR plans for more than 20 companies entering the capital markets through an IPO. He is known for providing sound guidance to senior management teams dealing with the inevitable challenges and complexities that public companies face when interacting with the investment community.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Kevin spent 13 years in equity research and private equity. He began his career in the top-ranked equity research department at Salomon Smith Barney (Citi), before moving to Merrill Lynch, and then Bank of America. As a senior publishing research analyst, Kevin earned both internal and external recognition from institutional investors during a period of significant disruption and valuation contraction within his coverage universe. He was known for proprietary published research, a unique self-sourced network of industry contacts and a contrarian investment thesis.
Kevin graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware’s Lerner College of Business and Economics. He was a member of the university’s actively managed investment club and played on the Division I varsity soccer team.
Jamie Lillis
Managing Director
Jamie has over 20 years of capital markets and strategic communications experience which provides a unique perspective and skillset as he advises executive management teams on a wide range of topics including corporate positioning and messaging, investor and employee communications, executive management transitions, M&A, and public equity issuance. In his role, Jamie partners with executive management teams to develop strategic communications programs designed to deliver impactful corporate messaging combined with appropriate financial transparency to achieve a company’s fair value in the market.
Today, Jamie leads Solebury Strategic Communications’ Financial Services practice where he provides strategic counsel to both public and private company management teams covering all aspects of investor relations. Jamie has managed the strategic investor relations’ programs for leading companies in the insurance, banking, fin tech, real estate, specialty finance and asset management sectors. Jamie also has experience providing strategic advice to companies in the building products, business services, retail, TMT, and transportation sectors.
Prior to joining Solebury in 2011, Jamie was an institutional equity salesperson at Banc of America Securities in their middle markets group. Following the acquisition of Merrill Lynch in January 2009, Jamie was selected to join a Real Estate focused sales team expanding his coverage to include dedicated REIT investors such as Cohen & Steers and APG Asset. Jamie started his Wall Street career on Credit Suisse First Boston‘s Institutional Equity Sales desk where he spent nine years developing relationships with many of the firm’s most important clients such as Blackrock, Deutsche Asset Management, PIMCO Equity, Fred Alger, and Dreyfus.
Prior to his career on Wall Street, Jamie was an account marketing representative for the Xerox Corporation where he completed their extensive sales training programs and earned distinction, having received President and Par Club awards.
Jamie received his B.A. in History from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. He also holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
Ed Yuen
Managing Director
Ed provides strategic investor relations counsel on a variety of financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs and IPOs, and has advised on a number of special situations, including activist investor defense, management changes, litigation, corporate restructurings and crisis situations. Ed works with senior management across a broad range of industries, including restaurants, retail, business services, industrials, media, specialty finance and technology, and with market caps ranging from $100 million to more than $20 billion. He joined the firm in 2013.

Prior to joining Solebury Strategic Communications, Ed spent more than 14 years in both sell-side equity research and investment banking. His investment banking experience includes equity capital markets and equity private placements in the Corporate Finance team at Societe Generale, and as a Vice President on the Energy & Power Investment Banking team at Wells Fargo. Ed’s equity research experience spans Bank of America, Wells Fargo and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and includes the coverage of companies across the electric utilities, energy technology and telecommunications industries.
Ed earned a B.A in Economics and a B.A. in Environmental Studies, both from Tufts University. He also holds Series 7, 63, 79, 86, and 87 securities licenses. He volunteers extensively with Apex for Youth in its middle school and high school mentoring and SAT prep programs, and is a past member of its Associate Board. Ankit Hira
Managing Director
Ankit is a Managing Director in the Stamford office. Since joining the firm in 2014, Ankit has worked on a number of ongoing and project-related investor relations engagements to support and strategically advise senior management teams. He has also advised clients through special situations, including activist investor defense, management turnover, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, shareholder targeting and messaging scenarios.

Prior to joining Solebury Strategic Communications in 2014, Ankit spent several years in the hospitality industry in various investment banking, consulting, strategic and operational roles for both Hirnay Corporation (a family-owned conglomerate with a portfolio primarily focused on Choice Hotel franchises in North America) and Viad (a global operator of hotels, resorts and live events).
Ankit began his career as an investment banking analyst at Versailles Group, where he focused on middle-market M&A in the TMT, manufacturing, distribution and education industries. Ankit earned his B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University. He currently resides in Stamford, CT with his wife. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports and is a black belt in Taekwondo.
Stephanie Knight
Managing Director
Stephanie is a Managing Director on Solebury’s Corporate Communications team overseeing client relations and business development. She specializes in message development, helping C-Suite leaders formalize and improve their storytelling through media and presentation training. Since joining Solebury in 2019, Stephanie has led communications around 30+ IPO and SPAC transactions as well as dozens of executive transitions and corporate announcements. Stephanie’s clients include B2C and B2B companies in transportation, energy, retail, consumer goods as well as media and entertainment.
Prior to joining Solebury, she spent eight years at NBCUniversal, working in publicity for both the entertainment and sports divisions. During her tenure she worked on a variety of properties including the 2016 and 2018 Olympics Games, the debut of Dale Earnhardt Jr. as a television analyst, the 40th Anniversary of Saturday Night Live and the launch of the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Stephanie started her career at NBC in the prestigious Page Program. Stephanie holds a B.A. in Public Relations and Political Science from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She lives outside of Boston with her husband and son.
Anthony Rozmus
Managing Director
Anthony is a Managing Director at Solebury Strategic Communications. He provides comprehensive investor relations advisory services to senior management at private and public companies. His work has spanned across numerous industry sectors and primarily focuses now on the renewable energy, technology, industrial and water spaces.
Anthony joined the firm as an Analyst in 2013 and, since then, has assisted over 30 companies through the IPO process, including Hannon Armstrong, SiteOne Landscape Supply, TPI Composites, AquaVenture, Evoqua, Sunnova, AZEK, Array Technologies and Outbrain from building the IR infrastructure to providing ongoing support as a public company. He regularly accompanies management teams on non-deal roadshows and conferences to help message their equity story to institutional investors. He has worked on a number of strategic messaging projects including Dell, RR Donnelley, Fluence, Fairmount Santrol, Nuverra, Federal Signal, and Hugel, to name a few.
Anthony graduated magna cum laude from Marist College with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Psychology. At Marist, Anthony was a member of the Men’s Division 1 Soccer Team, captaining the team in his senior year. Anthony also worked for the Marist College Campus Ministry, supporting local community projects such as The Giving Tree and The Hunger Walk.
Maria Lycouris
Managing Director
Maria is a Managing Director at Solebury Strategic Communications, where she provides both investor relations and corporate communications advisory to senior management teams across numerous sectors, including Alternative Energy & Clean Tech, Healthcare, Consumer Retail and E-Commerce. She also advises clients on the risks and opportunities of environmental, social and governance (ESG) investing landscape.
Maria joined the firm in 2015 and, since then, has worked on a number of pre-IPO IR infrastructure build-outs in addition to assisting in the day-to-day investor relations and communications responsibilities for a number of clients, including TPI Composites, TeamHealth, AquaVenture Holdings, Hannon Armstrong, Bright Horizons and others. She regularly accompanies management teams on non-deal roadshows and conferences to help message their equity story to investors.
Maria graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Communication. While there, she was a three-time varsity letter winner on Cornell’s Division 1 Women’s Rowing Team and helped lead the team to compete at two NCAA championships.
Jack Bogorowski

Jack delivers comprehensive investor relations services and supports senior management across a number of sectors, with a particular expertise in Industrials and Building Products. Jack currently works with senior team members on clients such as Beacon Roofing Supply, Covia Holdings, Evoqua Water Technologies, JELD-WEN, SiteOne Landscape Supply and Universal Forest Products.
Jack graduated from Lehigh University with a B.A. in Economics. He was a member of the varsity lacrosse team. Jack was also a member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and an active volunteer with Community Outreach by Athletes who Care about Helping (C.O.A.C.H.) in the Bethlehem, PA area.
Tim Biba
Senior Vice President
Tim Biba is a Senior Vice President with more than a decade of experience in public affairs, crisis communications, media training, and foreign affairs.
Prior to joining Solebury Strategic Communications, Tim was the Senior Advisor for Communications for a centrist member of the U.S. House of Representatives who served on the Armed Services, Transportation and Budget Committees. The congressman co-chaired the Armed Services Committee’s Future of Defense Task Force, and was a national messenger on foreign policy, national security and defense modernization. Tim previously worked with two other members of Congress who focused heavily on rural economic development for communities in Upstate New York and the Pacific Northwest.
In between stints working for members of Congress, Tim was the Associate Director of Advance for the former President of the United States, Bill Clinton, and the Clinton Foundation, where he was responsible for planning the worldwide events and travel for the former president. He also worked as the Special Assistant to former US Vice President Al Gore during an international publicity tour in support of a climate change documentary.
Tim has a B.A. in Public Relations and Political Science from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. When he’s not working Tim enjoys hiking, golfing, and skiing.
Kyle Nagarkar
Senior Vice President
Kyle is a key member of the Solebury Strategic Communications team, delivering comprehensive investor relations services and support to senior management across the Financials, REITs, and Specialty Finance sectors, with a client base that includes Donnelley Financial Solutions, Elevate Credit, LendingClub, ADT Security Systems, and CAI International. Kyle also has experience working on IR Infrastructure build-outs for pre IPO companies across real estate, specialty finance and insurance.
Prior to joining the firm in April 2018, he was an Investment Advisor with PNC Wealth Management, delivering comprehensive investment advice and portfolio management expertise to high net worth individuals in the northern New Jersey/New York market. Prior to PNC, he held a financial analyst position at Cavalry Portfolio Services, located in Valhalla, NY.
Kyle graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Finance. While on campus, he was an active member of the community, tutoring local students as part of the Bethlehem Homework Club and participating in various charity events including projects at the historic Sun Inn Hotel. Kyle is a CFA charterholder.
Laurie Stern
Senior Vice President
Laurie is a Senior Vice President on Solebury’s Corporate Communications team. In this role, she leads financial communications and media relations for companies across industries, including those going through IPO, SPAC, M&A and executive leadership transitions. As a client account manager for private and publicly traded companies, Laurie has developed and overseen the execution of communications strategies that drive brand awareness, position C-suite executives as thought leaders, and build relationships with influential business and financial media.
Previously, Laurie spent six years at CIBC Private Wealth Management where she coordinated marketing and business development efforts to reach high net worth families and foundation/endowment clients. Laurie began her career in journalism and has experience as a freelance reporter and copy editor. She earned a B.A. in both Journalism and Psychology from Penn State University.
William Windham
Senior Vice President, Life Sciences
William supports the life sciences investor relations team. He works on corporate strategy and investor relations for both public and private biotechnology companies throughout all stages of development.
Before joining Solebury Strategic Communications, William co-founded a medical device start-up in the GI space and served as their VP of Legal & Regulatory Affairs. He also worked on cortical plasticity and brain-machine interface at the Nicolelis Lab at Duke University.
William graduated from Duke University in 2017 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a Chemistry minor. He also obtained a Master of Science in Law degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2019. In his free time, William enjoys hiking, soccer, and playing guitar.
Suzanne Ciechalski
Senior Associate
Suzanne is a Senior Associate on Solebury’s Corporate Communications team.
Prior to joining Solebury, she was a senior reporter on NBC News’ Social Newsgathering team, covering domestic and international breaking news for a variety of NBC platforms including NBC Nightly News, the TODAY Show, NBC News Digital, MSNBC and CNBC. Suzanne is a recipient of the 2022 News Emmy Award for Outstanding Live Breaking News Coverage. She also previously worked as an editor for NBC’s owned and operated stations helping to oversee coverage in 12 markets in major cities across the U.S.
Suzanne is a 2018 graduate of St. John’s University in Queens, NY where she studied Journalism and Government and Politics. She is currently an advisor for the university’s independent student newspaper. In her free time Suzanne enjoys reading, cooking and baking, and spending time with her family
Jack Yauch
Senior Associate, Life Sciences
Jack supports the life sciences investor relations team. He works on corporate strategy and investor relations for both public and private biotechnology companies throughout all stages of development.
Before joining Solebury Strategic Communications, Jack spent the past 3+ years at KPMG in their Consulting practice. His work focused on the Life Sciences industry with clients ranging from Fortune 500 drug manufacturers to boutique specialty pharmacies.
Jack graduated from Syracuse University in 2018 with a B.S. in Finance. In his free time, Jack enjoys traveling, soccer, and the New York Knicks.
Jacopo Gaspardone
Associate
Jacopo is an associate at Solebury Strategic Communications where he provides investor relations advisory to senior management teams across the finance, technology, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining Solebury, Jacopo was an Account Executive at KCSA Strategic Communications, a vertically-integrated communications firm specializing in investor relations, public relations, and corporate media advisory services. In his role, Jacopo worked with micro-cap, small-cap, and blue chip firms across the life sciences, healthcare, cannabis and consumer sectors, assisting them with quarterly communications, non-deal roadshows, analyst relations, capital markets advisory, and crisis planning and management.
Jacopo holds a B.A. in Communications, with a focus on Business Management, from Loyola Marymount University.
Max Mannuccia
Associate
Max is an Associate at Solebury Strategic Communications where he provides investor relations advisory to senior management teams across the finance, technology, and consumer sectors.
Prior to joining Solebury, Max was a Vice President at Morrow Sodali, a leading global consulting firm specializing in shareholder services, corporate governance, and proxy solicitation. In his role, Max worked with many corporate issuers, ranging from micro-cap to Fortune 100 companies, assisting them with their annual and special shareholders’ meetings to ensure successful proxy solicitation outcomes. Additionally, Max has extensive experience with Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) in which he has assisted in providing strategic consultation on over 100 SPAC transactions.
Max holds a B.S. in Economics, with a focus in International Finance, from the University of Connecticut. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and traveling.
Carly Grant
Associate
Carly is an Associate at Solebury Strategic Communications on the Investor Relations team, where she provides support to senior management teams across the healthcare and retail consumer sectors. Carly joined Solebury in May of 2022.
Prior to joining the Solebury team, Carly worked at Protective Industrial Products in corporate finance on a shared services team as an Accountant. In this position she advised management in preparing and reviewing financial documents and reports pertaining to all accounting procedures for both PIP and its subsidiaries. Carly also previously worked as an intern in corporate finance throughout her time obtaining her undergraduate degree.
Carly graduated from Marist College with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Accounting. While attending Marist, Carly was a member of the Beta Alpha Psi fraternity for accounting and finance majors. She also participated in the Division 1 Marist Women’s Lacrosse team earning Academic Honor Roll for all eligible years and volunteered with many groups including the Children’s Home of Poughkeepsie and Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County.
Neel Sikka
Associate
Neel is an Associate at Solebury Strategic Communications, providing strategic investor relations counsel by providing support to senior management teams across the renewable energy & industrials sector. He works with both public and private companies throughout all stages of development on investor relations. Neel interned with Solebury since 2020 and then joined Solebury with a full time roll in the summer of 2022.
Neel graduated from Lehigh in May of 2022 earning his B.S. in Computer Science Engineering. At Lehigh, Neel served on his executive board for his fraternity as the Vice President of Finance while also playing a role on the judicial board. There, he was a part of running an alumni golf outing with over 100 golfers. Currently, Neel lives in Fairfield, CT and loves to golf, sail, and play with his dog in his free time.
Madeline Gaynor
Analyst
Madeline is an Analyst on Solebury’s Investor Relations team, working on corporate strategy and investor relations for public and private companies. She joined the firm in 2023.
Prior to joining Solebury Strategic Communications, Madeline was an Investor Relations Associate at ICR Westwicke, supporting public and private Medical Technology and Diagnostics companies. Madeline graduated from Wake Forest University with a double major in English and Communications, and a minor in Art History.
In her spare time, Madeline enjoys reading, photography, going on walks with her dog and family, and visiting museums.
Amr Almghawish
Analyst, Life Sciences
Amr supports the life sciences team in New York. He works on corporate strategy and investor relations for both public and private biotechnology companies throughout all stages of development. He joined the firm in 2022.
Before joining Solebury Strategic Communications, Amr has worked with several social media and cryptocurrency companies, expanding their businesses in the MENA region and incorporating creative and innovative methods to improve their product offerings. He graduated from Trinity College in 2022 with a B.S. in Research and Experimental Psychology, where he led several organizations and conducted scientific research with his professors.
Over the past few years, Amr was recognized with several awards, such as the Larry Silver Award for athletic excellence at Trinity and the prestigious King Constantine Medal for community service while attending King’s Academy, the most prominent boarding school in the Middle East.
Amr is also fluent in Arabic and French. He enjoys traveling, hiking, concerts, and exploring restaurants in his spare time.
Sean Daly
Analyst
Sean is an Analyst at Solebury Strategic Communications, where he provides support to senior management teams across several industries. Sean interned with Solebury since 2022 and then joined Solebury with a full time roll in the summer of 2023.
Sean graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fairfield University in May of 2023 earning his B.S. in Finance and Accounting. At Fairfield, Sean served as a tutor at First Generation Investors. There, he taught high school students in underserved communities the power of investing and basics of personal finance. Originally from Glenside, Pennsylvania, Sean is a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Elisa Maiolo
Analyst
Elisa is an Analyst on Solebury’s Corporate Communications team. In this role she works with senior advisory members to support a range of clients, some of which include companies going public via IPO, SPAC, or M&A. Having begun her work for the team as an Intern in 2022, Elisa has experience in communication strategy, brand messaging, situation planning, and positioning clients in financial media.
Elisa graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in Media Studies and English. During her time at school, she completed a thesis on Financial Influencers and the role they play in the stock market. Upon its completion, she achieved the status of High Distinction. In addition, Elisa served as a Trustee on Class Council, Executive News Director and Board Member for a student run news and media organization, and a Docent at the Fralin Museum.
Peyton Durand
Analyst
Peyton is an Analyst at Solebury Strategic Communications, where he provides support to senior management on the industrials team. Prior to joining Solebury in the fall of 2024, he interned in corporate finance and private wealth management during undergrad.
Peyton graduated from Tufts University in May of 2024 earning a BA in Economics with a minor in Finance. At Tufts, Peyton was a member of the men’s ice hockey team and appointed to the NESCAC All-Academic Team. In his free time, Peyton enjoys playing golf, running, watching sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
Matthew Jacoby
Chief Compliance Officer and AML Officer
Matthew joined Solebury in 2018 to oversee the Compliance and AML functions of the organization. In this role, Matthew is responsible for the execution and adherence to the firm’s written supervisory procedures, achieved through the ongoing maintenance of a robust set of policies and procedures designed to achieve compliance with company policies, applicable FINRA rules and federal securities laws and regulations.
Prior to joining Solebury, Matthew worked for JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President in their New York Control Room where he helped monitor and maintain the firm’s information barriers. In that role he focused his time supporting the business activities of the C&IB, Sales and Trading, and Research departments. Matthew also assisted in the management and oversight of the Global Control Room’s Compliance Risks and Legal Obligations.
Matthew is a graduate of Kent State University where he earned his B.A. in Finance. He also holds his Series 7, 79, 24, 14, and 63 securities licenses.
